Disciplemaking Staff
Our Jerusalem is making disciples in our church family. Our goal is to retool our ministries so there will be a greater emphasis on intentional disciplemaking. Our staff will lead the way in this effort.
Current Disciplemaking Staff
All of our paid staff members are disciplemakers, as they equip us. Our first priority is to support their ongoing work over the next two years.
New Children’s Ministry Staff Support
In helping our kids become stronger disciples, we will be enhancing our Sunday morning children’s program to make it more exciting, engaging, and relational as we teach Biblical truth. We will hire a part-time Children’s Assistant to provide support for this enriched ministry.
New Connection Staff Support
Discipleship happens through relationships. In a church our size, relational connections don’t always happen naturally. A part-time Connection Director will manage the processes that will help people develop life-changing relationships by connecting people to newcomer events, small groups, ministry involvement and other relational activities.
