This past May, Joe Heikes, our Facilities Director, went full-time at Atlas Language Services (ALS) and stepped down from his position as our Springbrook Facilities Director. We are excited for Joe because he is now working full-time with sound at ALS, in area for which he is gifted and passionate. But we are also saddened because he will be missed as a valuable member of our Springbrook staff. Joe, Heather and Tristin will continue to serve as valuable members of our Springbrook family, but Joe’s servant leadership and giftedness will be greatly missed from our staff!
For the last month, Joe and Phil Ganassin have been working together from a staff perspective to manage and assist with our facility needs, until such time that we were ready to move forward with filling our Facilities Director position opening in July.
Effective July 1st, we are officially looking to fill our Facilities Director position. The Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing all Springbrook facilities teams and schedules, and all aspects of recruiting, training and developing facilities team leaders and team members.
