The search team met on Thursday, August 22 and continued the evaluation of internal candidates. The last two meetings moved the team into phase two of the selection process.
Phase one is complete:
- Pray for Candidates by Name (Ongoing)
- Request Documents from Candidates
- Request Ministry Match Assessment
- Review Documents & Assessment
Phase two is moving forward with the following elements:
- Evaluate Candidate Preaching
- Request Associate and Spouse Input
- Develop Interview Questions and Conduct Interviews
We continue to prioritize spending a significant portion of our time together praying for the congregation, staff, candidates and this process as a whole.
