On Thursday May 6th, Gov. J.B. Pritzker announced that the state will enter the “bridge phase” of his reopening plan on May 14th, which will loosen coronavirus pandemic restrictions in anticipation of the state fully reopening and moving toward a “new normal” by June 11th.
Our current Springbrook guidelines request guests wear a mask unless seated in sanctuary socially distanced sections. Amid new CDC and state guidelines, Springbrook will move to a mask optional environment effective June 11th in conjunction with Illinois anticipated full reopening. Sanctuary seating will initially remain configured with socially distant sections and will be adjusted moving forward to accommodate attendance.
Springbrook will not ask about vaccinations, allowing individuals to make personal decisions about managing health, and will make wristbands available to all guests to indicate their comfort level with public gatherings (Green: Comfortable, Yellow: Cautious, Red: Distance).
