Awana is designed so children have fun while they learn about God and understand and memorize the Bible. Trained leaders come alongside children as mentors, encouragers, teachers and friends.
Springbrook’s Awana Club is fast-paced and packed with fun, fellowship, and learning. Club meets at the church on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm to 8:30pm during the school year. Springbrook offers Sparks for grades K-2 and Truth & Training (T&T) for grades 3-6.

Our annual Springbrook Church Picnic will take place at the Randall Oaks Park & Zoo (front shelter), located on N. Randall Road in West Dundee.

Ed is a prolific author, and well-known conference speaker. He has planted, revitalized, and pastored churches, trained pastors and church planters on six continents, holds two masters degrees and two doctorates, and has written a dozen books and hundreds of articles.
Pastor James Meeks is the founder and pastor of Salem Baptist Church in Chicago and a member of Moody’s Board of Trustees. He served three terms in the Illinois State Senate and currently serves as chair of the Illinois State Board of Education. Pastor Meeks is the author of two books from Moody Publishers, Life-Changing Relationships and How to Get Out of Debt and Into Praise. He and his wife, Jamell, have four children and three grandchildren.
Mark Jobe serves as president of Moody Bible Institute and host of Moody Radio’s Bold Steps with Dr. Mark Jobe. He is the host of Moody Radio’s Bold Steps and author of Unstuck: Out of Your Cave into Your Call (Moody Publishers). He is also the founding pastor of New Life Community Church, a Chicago-based ministry with 27 locations throughout Chicago. Mark earned a diploma from Moody in 1984, a master’s degree from Moody Theological Seminary, and a doctorate in transformational leadership from Bakke Graduate University. He and his wife, Dee, have three adult children.

Come in any cute and creative costumes and we’ll provide the fun and candy. Trunk or Treat is terror-free and safe for kids of all ages. Come join us for the party and bring your family and friends! All activities are indoors.

Angel Tree, a program started by Prison Fellowship, reaches out to the children of inmates and their families with the love of Christ, and once again, Springbrook Church will be partnering with the McHenry County Angel Tree ministry to serve these families.
Please visit the Christmas tree in the atrium and pick out an “angel” to bless this Christmas. Gifts should cost no more than $25 and be brought to the church by Sunday, December 1st.
The Christmas Party to distribute these gifts will be Friday, December 6th from 7-9 pm. Please consider volunteering at this event. Volunteer opportunities will be listed at the Ministry Center in the atrium, so stop by to sign up!
Operation Christmas Child has touched countless lives with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, made known around the world through simple shoebox gifts. Through these gifts, children across the globe learn about God’s love and the love and generosity of His people.
Please join us in this wonderful outreach opportunity by stopping at our table in the Atrium for information. We have a supply of boxes you can use or you can provide your own. All filled shoeboxes must be turned in by Sunday, November 24th at 12:00pm.

Thanksgiving Baskets are a wonderful opportunity to bless a local family on Thanksgiving Day. One basket provides everything a family needs to create a delicious Thanksgiving meal and there are several opportunities to serve: donate a filled basket, donate money toward a basket, be a personal shopper, or join the delivery team.
