Judson University Choir Concert
Nov 6 @ 6:00 pm

Every year, Dr. Warren Anderson leads the Judson University Choir on numerous tours both at home and abroad. The choir regularly tours Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and within the United States they tour two times each year.  This year, we are pleased to announce that Springbrook will be hosting the Judson University choir as they close out their fall US tour!

At a typical Judson University concert of worship, you can expect to hear a wide variety of different music including Choral Masterworks, Gospel Anthems, Taizé Choruses, Contemporary Praise and Worship, even Bluegrass and Rock ‘n’ roll! Every concert of worship is full of grace, energy, and surprising stylistic turns. Wonderful music is paired with students’ testimonies of hope in Christ and a full presentation of the Gospel during the second half of each and every concert. This concert is a free event, and you will not want to miss it!

Angel & Stars
Nov 20 @ 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
Angel & Stars @ Springbrook Community Church | Huntley | Illinois | United States

Informed Choices is a ministry dedicated to providing compassion and hope to women and men facing pregnancy decisions.  They connect their clients to the information and support that will encourage them to choose life for their babies through the grace and love of Jesus Christ.

Springbrook is supporting the work of Informed Choices by participating in an “Adopt a Child” program this Christmas.  If you are unable to pick up a star in person and wish to participate, please contact Penney Jurzak or call the church office at 224-569-3300.  The suggested gift amount is $25.  Wrapped gifts should be brought back to the church by Sunday, December 11th.  The gifts will be delivered by Informed Choices before Christmas.

Angel Tree, a program started by Prison Fellowship, reaches out to the children of inmates and their families with the love of Christ.  Springbrook will be partnering again this year with the McHenry County Angel Tree Ministry. Pick out an “angel” to bless this Christmas by visiting the tree in the Atrium before or after Sunday Services. If you are unable to pick up an “angel” in person and wish to participate, please contact Penney Jurzak or call the church office at 224-569-3300.

The suggested gift amount is $25 and wrapped gifts should be brought back to the church by Sunday, December 11th.  The gifts will be delivered before Christmas.
