Do you know how much playing time a star NFL player runs, blocks, passes, throws or tackles per game? If you added up all the seconds of play time, it would be somewhere between 9-12 minutes each depending on position. That’s all, 9-12 minutes of live action!

Think about all the hours and hours of time preparing on the practice field, in the film room, and in the weight room for just 9-12 minutes; it’s all about the preparation.

Preparation is about raising your potential to make a difference with your life, and we want to help men to be spiritually prepared!

If you are looking for an opportunity to be encouraged and connect with other men, come join us for our next Men’s breakfast. These events will provide you with an excellent opportunity to invite a friend or neighbor, or if you are new to Springbrook, it will be an excellent opportunity to meet some other guys!

We meet at the church a few times a year on Saturday mornings from 7am-8:30am! The cost is only $5, and includes a hearty breakfast, materials, and meaningful table discussion. Come join us, you will be glad you did!
