A church committed to reaching our community for Jesus Christ and building passionate disciples

Prayer

Prayer is to the church as fuel is to a fire!  Jesus often taught about the importance of prayer: the Bible is filled with examples of prayer, and prayer is the bedrock of our ministry at Springbrook!

If we can pray for you now:

Sunday Morning

Members of our prayer team are available on Sunday to pray for anyone who has a prayer request! Stop by guest services or look for anyone wearing a ministry identification lanyard! Feel free to post a prayer request on our prayer wall, and we will pray over you during the week as well!

CORPORATE Prayer

On the 2nd and 4th Sunday each month, our prayer team will come forward during the third song to pray with anyone during the service who would like to come forward. You can pray with any member of the prayer team and/or feel free to post a prayer request post-it on the prayer wall.

CHURCH-WIDE PRAYER

Because we believe we are better together, Springbrook is partnering with other churches in our conference around the world to pray for God to move in every area of ConvergeStarting new churches, Strengthening existing churches and Sending workers into our communities, nation and world to reach others for Christ and the unreached people groups of the world.
Stop by the lobby to pick up a 21-day prayer guide to use for individually or together along with your small group or ministry team, or download a PDF copy here >>>

Prayer Team

This team strives to focus on Springbrook’s purpose and power of prayer. The prayer team meets regularly on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm in the sanctuary and prays over individual, ministry, regional, and missional prayer requests.

In conjunction with our pastoral care team, we can arrange to send cards and notes of encouragement, deliver meals, make hospital visits, or meet in-person for prayer. If you have a prayer request or praise report, please send it to our prayer team by using the form below.

Prayer Garden

Stop by our prayer garden at the west side of the main entrance any time to pray or to meet with and talk with others. The prayer garden is a great place to meet with others before or after services on Sunday, or a quiet spot for individual prayer and reflection.

What is it? How do you do it?

Have you ever wondered about “how” to pray? The Lord Prayer certainly provides an example of what it means to pray to our heavenly Father, but does it mean to pray in Jesus name and in the power of the Holy Spirit? Check out these resources and let us know if you have any questions or if we can pray for you!
