Cheryl grew up in a Christian home, but she and her family strayed away from their faith in her late teens. Cheryl started seeking a church again and began attending Springbrook in early 2002. The welcoming nature of Springbrook staff and volunteers was the primary reason Cheryl chose Springbrook as her church home. She re-dedicated her life to Christ and was baptized in 2002. Cheryl started serving in Children’s ministry right away and served in various classrooms for many years. She has also served in the Connections ministry, was a Small Group Leader, served as an AWANA leader for several years and is currently an AWANA secretary.

Cheryl and her husband Ted have three grown sons and two adorable grandsons she loves spending time with! Additionally, she enjoys contemporary Christian music, traveling, walking, cardio dancing and exercising.
