Tim serves as Vice President of International Operations for Carey International Pastoral Training, a mission organization that trains leaders for the global church. He teaches at Bible Institutes and preaches at churches and conferences around the world. Tim also leads an international team of lecturers working in some 20 locations across nearly a dozen countries.

Tim has more than 16 years of pastoral experience including 11 years as Senior Teaching Pastor at The Orchard Church in McHenry, IL. Before arriving at The Orchard he served as a church planter in Chicago.

Tim is married to his beautiful wife Lisa, and together they have 4 children. Born in the southwest of England, Tim holds degrees from Birmingham City University (UK), an MDiv from Moody Theological Seminary and a doctorate from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. He has also served as a coach for Pastors and Church Planters and sits on the board of several Christian Ministries.
