Jul 6 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Are you a believer who desires to go deeper in your study of the Word? Whether you are brand new to the faith or a seasoned highlighter of Scripture, the How to Study the Bible workshop is for you. In this eight-week workshop, we will cover skills and tips to help enrich small group discussions and personal devotional times.

This course will equip you to study the Bible more deeply and richly as you learn to interpret and apply the biblical text in a responsible and informed manner.

As a result of this course, you will:

  • Gain a greater vision of the glory of God
  • Be able to communicate a proper understanding of the clarity, authority and inspiration of Scripture
  • Learn key interpretive principles you to effectively and faithfully study, understand and teach the biblical text
  • Develop and sharpen your skills through the study of assigned biblical books
  • Understand the distinctive features of various genres in Scripture (e.g. narrative, poetry and epistle)

This course will be conducted in a manner that is both deep and accessible.  It will be of great value to those who are just starting, as well as to those who have had previous training in biblical studies.
