It can be a confusing time, with feelings of isolation, and there might be many questions about things that have never been faced before.
In our GriefShare support groups you will find others that do understand the hurt and pain of loss, and through this are able to provide hope! Our groups meet weekly to encourage one another and provide help in facing these challenges, with a movement toward hope and rebuilding life.
Each GriefShare session has three distinct elements:
