Ladies, join us on the 3rd Monday of each month for a rejuvenating evening with gentle stretching to invigorate your body, followed by meaningful discussion to nourish your spirit. Connect with a community of women who share your passion for health and faith. Let’s grow stronger together in body, mind, and soul!
If you or someone you know has lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, it may be very hard to feel optimistic about the future right now. It’s not uncommon to find that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt that is felt with loss. It can be a confusing time, with feelings of isolation, and there might be many questions about things that have never been faced before.
In our GriefShare support groups you will find others that do understand the hurt and pain of loss, and through this are able to provide hope! Our groups meet weekly to encourage one another and provide help in facing these challenges, with a movement toward hope and rebuilding life.
Each GriefShare session has three distinct elements:
1. Video Segment With Experts
2. Support Group Discussion With Focus
3.Workbook-Based Personal Study And Reflection
