2023 No Regrets Men’s Conference

One Day of Worship, Workshops, and Speakers for Men

The No Regrets Men’s Conference is an annual event, started in 1993, designed to create an environment for men to be challenged in their relationship with the Lord at home, in the workplace, and in their ministry. It is held on the first Saturday of February live in Southeastern Wisconsin and is simulcast via live HD video to over 10,000 men, at over 90 sites, in 28 different states and 2 countries!

Doors open at 7:30am for check-in, and the conference will kick-off promptly at 8:00am! Complimentary coffee will be available. Chris Brown
Senior Pastor and Teaching Pastor at North Coast Church
Chris Brown (2018, 2021) has served as a Senior Pastor and Teaching Pastor at North Coast Church since 2004. Prior to that, he was the Campus Pastor at Azusa Pacific University, and then a Youth Pastor in the LA area. As a gifted storyteller and Bible teacher, he loves to use his sense of humor and motivational style to help people truly experience all of the grace and mercy that they have been given in order to fall more in love with Jesus.  His life work and ambition is to use his unique gifts and personality to equip people to follow Jesus while building healthy and highly productive teams that serve the local church.

Albert Tate

Albert Tate (2017,2020)
Albert is the founding and lead pastor of Fellowship Church in Los Angeles County California. As a dynamic communicator, Albert is passionate about sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ both locally and globally. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Azusa Pacific University, the Global Leadership Network, and Global Church Planting Organization, Stadia. Albert is the Founder and CEO of The Greatest Story, Inc, and President of Harambee Ministries.

Mark Batterson
Lead Pastor of National Community Church
Mark Batterson serves as lead pastor of National Community Church in Washington, DC. One church with multiple locations. Mark holds a Doctorate in Ministry from Regent University and is the New York Times best-selling author of 19 books including, The Circle MakerIn a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy DayWild Goose Chase and has recently released Double BlessingWhisper, and Play the Man. 

Steve Carter
Speaker, Pastor, Guest Preacher, Author, and Podcast Host
Steve Carter (2022)
Steve Carter is the teaching pastor at Forest City Church. He is the author of The Best of You where he invites people to step bravely into God’s calling even when they feel the least prepared and This Invitational Life where he calls people to risk themselves to align with God’s heartbeat for humanity. He is the co-host of the Relevant Sports Podcast, a weekly show that talks about the intersection of sports, culture and faith. Steve lives outside Chicago with his wife, Sarah, and their two kids.

Rod Hairston

Pastor Rod Hairston (2014, 2019) is committed to helping people experience the transforming power of God in their lives and families. Cory Demmel
Lead Pastor of Cape Christian church in Cape Coral, FL
Cory Demmel is the Lead Pastor at Cape Christian. Cory’s focus is growing leaders across ministries. He has led in adult ministry, children and student ministry, small groups, and Master’s Commission. Cory’s goal is to add value to people everywhere he goes, and he loves to help people discover and pursue their passions and purpose.

Vince Miller
Founder of Resolute
Vince Miller is author of 19 books and is a 28-year ministry veteran. Vince has served in and advised the most notable ministry names. Vince now spends his time dedicated to mentoring leaders around the world.

 

Steve Sonderman
President and Founder of No Regrets Men’s Ministry
Highly regarded as one of the pioneers of the men’s ministry movement in America, Steve started one of the first ministries in the country for the growing church population at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, Wisconsin. In 1994, he began the annual No Regrets Men’s Conference which today draws thousands of men across the country and around the world. Steve regularly consults churches on leadership issues and leads seminars helping to develop men’s ministries both in the US and abroad. He has authored books on leadership and curriculum studies for men.  He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary. Steve and his wife, Colleen, have four grown children and are proud grandparents.

//Conference Schedule//

The conference begins at 8:00am with a time of prayer, worship, testimony and a keynote address. There is a break from 9:15 to 9:30am. At 9:30am we kick off the 30-minute breakout seminars led by world-class teaching on topics relevant to men from top speakers and thought leaders. Each seminar is followed by a 15-minute break/discussion time. Each of the (3) seminar periods are from 9:30 to 10:15, 10:15 to 11:00 and 11:00 to 11:45am. We close out the conference at 11:45am with more worship, testimony and our closing keynote address. From 1-2pm we will have lunch and breakout groups.  The day wraps up at 2pm.
