Hello parents!
So far this summer we’ve had a great time studying Ephesians, hanging out, welcoming new students, and welcoming Pastor Jeff to our group! Summer isn’t over yet! This email will discuss our remaining plans and contain a calendar at the end.
Waffle Wednesday
Our final Waffle Wednesday is July 26th. We will wrap up our study in Ephesians and eat waffles!
Sunday Night Hangout
We have two remaining Hangouts, July 23 (tonight) and August 6. Come get to know other students and have a good time!
Meet and Greet/Q&A
Sunday August 27, between services, we (Kyle and Jeff) will be available in the conference room to meet, greet, and answer any questions you may have! No question is out of bounds! We will also have hard copies of the calendar below if you want to pick it up.
Thrive Night Out
We are planning a Bowlero event for September 3 from 6:30-8:30. This will be the normal time and day as a Thrive night but we’re getting in one last event before fall curriculum kicks off! Details including activities, price, etc. to come soon!
Parent Night
It’s bring your parents to Thrive night! On September 10 parents are invited to Youth Group! You will get to see the normal flow of a Sunday night and get the fall plan/calendar. This is a normal 6:30-8:30, Sunday night.
Fall Kickoff
We kick off regular fall activities September 24! We are so excited to have your students this school year! We will be studying the same sermon alignment curriculum you will be studying in small groups. This is a GREAT chance to discuss with your students what you are both learning!
Get Thrive Texts
We send weekly text reminders of Thrive events. If you want to stay in the know for upcoming events, how to be prepared, potential weather cancellations (I know it’s July but snow is coming), and more text STUDENTS to (844) 238-7507.
Calendar
We are so excited about spending the rest of the summer with your students. Reach out to either of us any time with any questions, concerns, or comments about your student, the youth group, the Bible, or anything at all. We are so excited to partner with you in ministering to your students.

Hi parents!
The 2022-23 school year and our study through the attributes of God is over, and summer has begun! Below is our schedule through summer.
We are hosting Sunday night hangouts where all incoming 7th graders through outgoing seniors are welcome! These are informal hangouts where we will have activities such as a bonfire, volleyball, open gym, or variety of other activities from 6:30pm to 8:30pm as we encourage kids in their relationships and faith! This is a great opportunity for kids to bring a friend and get to know other students in the youth small group, and the dates are June 11, June 25, July 9, and July 23.
We are also hosting Waffle Wednesdays for high school incoming 9th grade through outgoing seniors. We will enjoy breakfast while studying through the book of Ephesians from 9:00am to 10:00am on June 21, June 28, July 12, July 19, and July 26. We will provide waffles and toppings and students are encouraged to bring a friend. This is also a great opportunity for you to read along and discuss Ephesians with your kids!
Our THRIVE student ministry fall will kick off on September 24. This will be a bring a friend night (we shoot for one of these a month). We will be working along with the church sermon alignment series, so it’s super easy for you to discuss with your students.
